Myka Ulpina, a three-year-old girl, was shot during a police operation in Rizal province last Sunday. Authorities supposedly targeted the victim’s father, Renato Dolofrina.
The child, was the fourth fatality in the gunfight which also killed Senior Master Sergeant Conrad Cabigao.
Police claimed that Dolofrina used the child as a ‘shield’ during the operation.
