CAMP ALEJO S. SANTOS, Bulacan — Anti-drug operatives have taken down 3 drug peddlers and arrested 63 suspects in 4-day province-wide anti-illegal drug operations from Thursday (Oct. 4) to Monday (Oct. 8).
Bulacan Provincial Director Sr. Supt. Chito G. Bersaluna identified the 3 slain suspects as Ferly Dela Cruz, Brgy. Mabolo, City of Malolos, Alias Oliver of Brgy. Taal, Pulilan who were both killed in buy-bust operations on Thursday evening (Oct. 4) while Alias Trike killed during an armed encounter ensued in Towerville 6, Brgy. Gaya-Gaya, CSJDM, Bulacan on October 6, 2018, about 11 pm.
Bersaluna said based on the report the suspects engaged the operatives in a shootout upon noticed that they were transacting with police officers who acted as poseur buyers which resulted in the suspects’ death”.
Recovered from the three crime scene were one caliber 38 Armscor 202, Smith and Wesson Caliber 38 revolver, caliber .38 revolver, 19 pieces small heated plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, 11 pieces of suspected sachets of marijuana and marked money.
Bersaluna identified the 17 drug suspects arrested in anti-illegal drug operations conducted by Santa Maria, Pulilan, Baliwag, Guiguinto, Malolos, Meycauayan, Marilao and Bulakan police on Thursday (Oct. 4) as John Paul Espiritu (former Reformist of Batch 8 Bahay Pagbabago of Santa Maria MPS), Nicka Anna Marie Dela Cruz, Arman Balmes, Janette Sacdalan, Daren Wico, Rommel Valdez, Berto Dulatre, Jomel Sta Rita, Jonathan Santiago, Raffy Nicar, Jocelyn Malunoc, Apolinario Bautista, Anthony Miranda, Gilbert Espineda , Jayson Macapagal, Angel John Aroza, and John Ryan Santos.
He also identified the 19 drug suspects nabbed on Friday (Oct. 5) as Michael Indrinal, Virgilio Torne Jr., Anthony Laxinto, Joseph Tolentino, Christopher Sayo, Christian Garcia, Bonifacio Tiago, Mark Joseph Guiraldo, Evelyn Antonio, Williexon Hugo, Algine Inocencio, Ariosto Arteta Apelenia, Wilson Delromo, Noel Diasanta, Charito Tinasa, Henry Tjnasa, Edison Del Romo, Joey Faa, and Jericho Simbulan.
Furthermore, Bersaluna added that on Saturday (Oct. 6) 11 other suspects were arrested in towns of CSJDM, Bulakan, Norzagaray, and Bustos identified as Michelle Padilla, Rodney De Jesus Padua, Glen Navida, Marvin Santiago, Saidomar Ibra, Randy Ignacio, Rolando Silvestre, Jonel Soriano, Karl Pimentel, Reuben Panteand a 17-year -old Child in Conflict with the Law (name withheld).
On Sunday (Oct. 7) Bersaluna identified the 3 arrested suspects Williexon Hugo, Algine Inocencio, and Richman Constantino.
Moreover, on Monday (Oct. 8), 13 drug personalities were also collared and identified as Reynante Ongga, Jaime Escartin Jr., Louie Lopez, Janet Valentino, Charles Kenneth Panoy, Ramil Pineda, Antonio Orosco, Aries Ruaya, Larry Anzures, Romel Hernandez, John Angelo Mendoza, Jayson Rafael Boncalan, and Mark Guevarra.
Confiscated during the police operations were a total of 153 heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu, 3 bricks and 24 pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected dried marijuana leaves, assorted drug paraphernalia, one red Yamaha Vega Force motorcycle, with plate number DC12963, and the buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. Criminal complaints against the suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
“Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing its intensified campaign against illegal drugs otherwise known as “Project Double Barrel Reloaded” in this province,” Bersaluna added.
