A MAN was found dead in Sitio Manipis, Campo 4, Talisay City at 7 a.m. Saturday, December 1.
The victim was identified as Danilo Nacua Cano from Minglanilla, Cebu.
According to the police report, authorities received a call regarding a dead person found in Sitio Camp 5, Barangay Camp 4 in Talisay City. When police arrived in the area, they saw the victim lying face-down on the ground with his arms tied with a nylon rope. His mouth was covered with a cloth.
Also found near the body were several fired cartridge cases from a .45 gun.
A witness claimed to have heard two gunshots around midnight of the same day.
