SAN Pablo City, Laguna — A drug suspect on his way to a drug deal was shot dead when he reacted to policemen following him last Thursday night.
Celso Tuyogan, alias ‘Jayson’, native of Alaminos, Laguna, was shot dead at 9 p.m. Police said he was on his way to sell drug but when he sensed unidentified persons following him along Bgy. San Gregorio Road in San Pablo City, he pulled out his cal. .45 pistol and engaged the lawmen in a gunfight.
Police found a cal. .45 pistol and a motorcycle.
In another drug operations in Laguna, policemen arrested Richard Morales, 37, of Blk. 91, Lot 37, Site 1, Bgy. Dayap, Calauan, and Roselyn Argueles, 40, also of said place, for selling drugs at 7:30 p.m. Seven sachets of shabu were recovered from the suspects.
In Biñan City, drug suspect Teejay dela Cruz, alias Jayden, 21, of Sitio Lawa, Bgy. Canlalay, was arrested for selling a sachet of shabu.
In Bgy. Dita, Sta. Rosa City, drug suspects Alisani Mauna Corontos, 32, and Tarry Madid Macantao, 35, both of Solcar Subd., Bgy. Dita, were arrested for selling shabu.
