HOMICIDE investigators of the Cebu City Police Office recovered a medium sachet of shabu from a man who was shot to death on T. Padilla St., last Friday evening.

The victim was identified as Robert Dadulo, a resident of Tinago, who was killed while he was eating balut. He was waiting for his girlfriend at the time he was killed.

“We will do a background check on the victim and we have to investigate. We are also looking into the angle that his death was drug-related,” SPO1 Winston Ybañez said in an interview with Superbalita Cebu.

Two unidentified assailants on board a motorcycle approached Dadulo and started shooting at him at 11:30 p.m. The victim succumbed to several gunshot wounds.
