At about 1:30 a.m. on the same day, Noe Ababa alias Dondon was killed during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Sumandig. Recovered from him were a .38-caliber revolver and 15 sachets of shabu.
His unidentified companion managed to escape on board a motorcycle, police said.
Noe Ababa was previously arrested.
Personnel of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the Pasay City Police launched a casing operation at about 2:30 p.m. on Diokno Boulevard in Barangay 76 that led to the arrest of six suspects identified as Nasrip Aiman, Rakiin Benito, Noe Ababa, Abdul Didagon, Florando Capistrano, and Erickson Alueta.
