NAGA CITY – A man was shot and killed by police in a buy-bust operation in Naga City Saturday morning, police said.
A police report said Mark Erwin Pacay was the target of a buy-bust in Barangay (village) Del Rosario at 12:45 a.m.
During the transaction, the suspect allegedly noticed that he was transacting with police and pulled out a caliber .38 revolver. Police fought back and killed the suspect.
