Senior Inspector Fortunato Villafuerte, deputy chief of the Dumaguete Police, identified the victim as Mark Christopher Teves Camba, 46 years old. Camba was having dinner with his 14-year-old nephew when three unidentified balaclava-wearing men suddenly barged into the victim’s house through the back door.
