Julito Prak, the alleged right hand man of drug trafficking suspect Kerwin Espinosa, was shot in a buy-bust operation conducted by members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas.

Prak was brought to the government-owned Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City but was declared dead on arrival by physicians.
