Joshua Philip Partosa was walking to Bulocboloc High School with his two siblings when two pairs of unidentified men on board two separate motorcycles fired at him. Partosa ran and tried to escape, but they followed him and shot him thrice. When the victim fell to the ground, one of the suspects disembarked and stabbed him in the neck.
