MANILA, Philippines — Gerald Nares, 29, was driving a tricycle in Barangay Macabiling, Santa Rosa City, when he was killed at around 4:30 p.m.

Nares was declared dead on arrival at the Santa Rosa Community Hospital.

Records showed the victim was on the drug list of the police.

Probers have yet to determine the motive for the killing.
