At around 11 a.m., members of Eastern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU), District Special Operations Unit (DSOU), and personnel of Pasig City Police served the search warrant against Elden Piamonte, 38; and Adora Santos, 39; at No. 54 San Bernando Street, Barangay San Joaquin, Pasig.

Piamonte is included in the drug watch list of Pasig City Police and was under surveillance since November 2016.
He was eventually arrested on Oct. 16, 2017 for illegal drugs but he was temporarily released after posting bail.
