Althea Barbon, 4 years old, was killed when her father resisted arrest during a drug buy-bust operation in Guhuilngan City.

The suspect attempted to escape on his motorcyle. The police fired at him and hit him on the back. The police chief said it was only then that the pursuing officers realized that Althea was with her father the whole time. She sustained gunshot wounds, and died a few days later in the hospital.
