A PWD due to stroke two years ago was shot and killed by two motorcycle gunmen along Babanse St. Brgy NBBS, Navotas.
The victim was asking for food at the makeshift eatery along the street when he was shot. The owner of the eatery and his nephew was also slightly injured during the shooting incident.
