Oladive, a tricycle driver, was waiting for passengers at a transport terminal when unidentified assailants fired at him. Oladive died on the spot from gunshots to the body.
Eastern Police District director Chief Superintendent Romulo Sapitula said Oladive was on a drug watchlist.
