Rafe Diamante, a suspected drug pusher, died from gunshot wounds from police, after he allegedly tried but failed to shoot Senior Insp. Jess Baylon, chief of the Boracay Tourist Assistance Center (BTAC), in a buy-bust operation.
Baylon said they had been looking for Diamante for three months after he escaped during a raid at his boarding house.
